Your child is welcome at All Souls
All Souls welcomes people of all ages to take part in parish life. We are especially mindful of the needs of children (and their parents). At our 10:00am service every Sunday, children stay in church for the first hymn. Children are then invited to go out to Young Souls children's program for stories and activities, (and parents are welcome to 'look in' at Young Souls to see for themselves how it operates). Children return to the church in time for Communion, and are encouraged to go up to the communion rail with their parents to receive a blessing and a sticker.

Why bring our children to church?
- To give our children the opportunity to hear about God and Jesus from other people, enabling them to have a wider exposure to the Christian faith. In this way, we can allow them to take their first steps in developing their own faith.
- To help our children understand that the church is more than a special building, it is the people inside who are the true church.
- To help nurture and equip parents so they can meet the spiritual development of their children.
Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God
belongs to such as these.
Mark 10:14

- Our wide side aisles comfortably take a pram or pusher
- If your child becomes restless during the service, we understand if you want to move into the back of the church where the service can still be seen and heard.
